Ronald B. Salupo Ronald B. Salupo is co-founder of CFA and serves as President. He brings extensive finance and accounting experience from over thirty years as a Certified Public Accountant and has a proven track record providing management consulting and business intermediary services. Mr. Salupo began his career with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Ernst). As Audit Supervisor, his duties included performing and supervising certified audits, preparing corporate income tax returns and reviewing systems of internal control and accounting procedures for medium to large-size business clients. In 1973, Mr. Salupo formed the Certified Public Accounting firm of Salupo & Associates, Inc. where he still serves as President but is mainly responsible for administrative functions of the firm, since most of his time is spent on CFA activities. Mr. Salupo holds a B.B.A. degree from Fenn College (Cleveland State University) and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio. He has prepared numerous business valuations, and has assisted hundreds of clients in the purchase and sale of businesses over the years. Robert E. Anderson is co-founder of CFA and, since his retirement, serves as a consultant and advisor to CFA. Mr. Anderson received his certification (CVA) in business valuations, adheres to the standards established by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), and also continues to be a practicing Certified Public Accountant. Gary R. Salupo Gary R. Salupo is a retail/wholesale business specialist and serves as Vice President of CFA. He also brings extensive sales, marketing, merchandising, management and research experience from almost thirty years of ownership and executive positions with closely-held retail and wholesale businesses. Mr. Salupo began his career with the family-owned contemporary furniture business La Salle Interiors, Inc., which was founded by Gary (and Ron's) father in 1949. Gary began working at La Salle during his school years, eventually engaging in all aspects of the business including sales, purchasing, marketing and management. After selling his ownership of the business in 1992, Gary remained in an executive management capacity and helped implement an expansion program that took the company from a single retail showroom to a five-store chain before leaving in 1999. Prior to joining CFA in 2000, Gary was a consultant to a number of businesses including a successful startup wholesale/retail floor covering firm. Mr. Salupo attended Dyke College and Cleveland State University and has conducted numerous sales and marketing seminars and contributed articles to various business and trade journals over the years.
