PROFILE 

Corporate Finance Advisors, Inc. ("CFA") began providing business intermediary and management consulting services to Northeast Ohio clients in 1986 as the affiliate of an international firm with locations in sixty-five U.S. cities and three foreign countries.

As an outgrowth of this affiliation, CFA was incorporated by principals Ronald B. Salupo, CPA, and Robert E. Anderson, CPA, career  professionals with almost 70 years of combined business and finance  experience in both the public accounting and private business sectors. In  connection with the recent retirement of Mr. Anderson, Gary R. Salupo has joined CFA and brings more than 30 years of retail and wholesale sales and merchandising experience to the business intermediary profession.

CFA provides  business intermediary and management consulting to the media (principally radio broadcasting), manufacturing, service industries (including emphasis on child care centers and medical transcription service companies), legal and financial organizations, and individual owners/investors using the latest state-of-the-art computer software technology available. CFA's intelligence database reflects up-to-date pronouncements, legislation and communications from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Society of Appraisers, Internal Revenue Service, court cases, professional societies, broadcasting organizations, trade associations, and other networking intermediaries.

CFA's primary goal is to achieve its client's objectives by providing services of the highest quality, integrity and confidentiality in the areas of business valuations, mergers, acquisitions (including acquisition searches), divestitures, and financing.
